# Moover

> Moover turns a phone video of each room into an AI moving estimate. The AI recognises every piece of furniture, cuts it out of the video as a picture, estimates volume and weight, fills a drawn moving truck and prices the move. The moving company confirms a fixed price with one tap; the crew gets a picture load list in 12 languages.

Moover is a working demo built for the Lovable x Contra challenge (September–October 2026). It has no login: the demo bar at the top switches between the Customer, Crew and Admin views.

## Key pages

- [Home](https://moover.lovable.app/): what Moover does, how the price is calculated, FAQ.
- [Film your rooms](https://moover.lovable.app/move): start an AI moving estimate from video or photos.

Service area: local moves within the United States only, up to 100 miles between pickup and delivery (both must be US street addresses).

## How the estimate works

- 6 still frames per room are taken from the video on the phone; the video itself is never uploaded.
- The AI lists every item that has to move, with size (cm), weight (kg), and flags: fragile, heavy (over 50 kg), take apart.
- Small loose things are counted as standard 60-litre moving boxes (0.06 m³ each).
- Crew size: 2 movers under 8 m³, 3 movers under 22 m³, 4 movers above.
- Truck: one 20 m³ truck per 20 m³ of volume.
- Hours: 0.8 mover-hours per m³ divided by the crew, +12% per floor without a lift, +15 minutes per item to take apart, plus the real driving time +30 minutes to and from the depot (+1 hour driving until both addresses are known), minimum 2 hours.
- Price: $55 per mover per hour + $150 per truck + $1.25 per mile per truck. The customer sees a range from −10% to +12%; the owner confirms a fixed price.
